I want to book but I was not in resort this summer?
Not a problem simply pick up the phone and call our UK office to reserve your place, but hurry as his years event is already heading for a sell out.
I have paid a deposit in resort what do I have to do now?
You will receive a letter confirmation in the post within 4 weeks of booking your deposit, all you need to do now is simply send it back to our head office complete with ALL the names of your party members along with payment details this can be either cheque or credit card. Once we have received you will then get your tickets 2 weeks prior to the event
I cant afford to pay the full amount straight away?
Not a problem we are here to help and make it a lot easier for you to come to out event. The minimum payment you will need to make a booking in the UK is £50 and after this we can also arrange for an installment plan where a further 3 payments can be taken from you to help you.
Do I need to bring photo ID?
All holiday makers will need to provide proof of purchase when checking in. ONLY PHOTOGRAPHIC ID will be accepted (passport, drivers licence, proof of age, student card, young scot.)
Please do not come onto the resort without ID as you will be refused entry and will not be given a refund.
Can I smoke on the resort?
You can smoke in your apartments and in all dedicated places given outside the venues NO SMOKING inside the Arenas at ANY TIME.
What happens if I lose my wristband?
Once you have checked into the resort you will be asked to put your wristbands on. If you lose your wristband you will be charged at the FULL rate of the weekend, don’t worry if it you break it as long as you still have it on your person you can go to reception and exchange it free of charge. Please note wristbands to be worn at all times.
Does the resort provide onsite parking?
YES at a small cost of £10 per car this must be paid on entry and all cars are left at the owners risk.
Can I share an apartment with the friends I met on holiday?
Yes all you have to do when paying the full remainder of your booking is to make sure you tell the sales rep what booking references you wish to put together and then leave the rest for us.
