Terms of Service - Ultimate After Party

Please read the following conditions carefully as they outline the terms and conditions of the contract between you & GHPE Ltd trading as Ultimate After Party BCM Reunion.

The Event
The Ultimate After Party is an event held at Pontins Prestatyn and we have an arrangement with Pontins to supply all services and facilities on site. We have made all the arrangements for DJ’s PA’s and any other portfolio entertainments on site.

We reply upon Pontins and all other suppliers to fulfil their services and arrangements for the Ultimate After Party.

Our contractual obligation is limited to the selection of competent suppliers of all the services and facilities involved in the setting up and running of the event.

We do not control or own any of the suppliers mentioned or any of the services provided by Pontins or any other contracted persons at the event, this includes travel and any other independent contracts supplied to us by other parties.
Booking the Ultimate After Party
Bookings can be made in 3 ways:
1. UAP reps in resort.

To book our event you will need to pay a small deposit of £30, and once this has been paid, you are entering into a contract between yourselves and GHPE Ltd. You will receive an invoice confirming all your booking details including the total price for you and your party. This will be sent to the “lead” named person on your booking form and will be issued within 4 weeks of you payment of the deposit.
Payment Method
We accept Visa & Mastercard along with all debit cards, please note that you can also pay by cheque, but only to pay off the remainder of your balance and not to pay for your deposit.
Please note that all deposits are Non Refundable.
Cancellations By You
Once the deposit has been paid, you have entered a contract between yourselves and GHPE Ltd, you are therefore required to pay the remaining balance. Cancellation by yourselves is not permitted, once the deposit has been paid, the remainder of the balance must be paid by the contracted final payment date. (please note if you have sent a written request to cancel your booking then this must be done with 28 days to our head office, 26 Duke Street, Biddulph, Stoke on Trent, ST8 7DE, UK
Coach Cancellations
Once you have selected a coach place this will automatically be booked and is then non refundable.
Cancellations by us
We reserve the right to cancel or change the Ultimate After Party event without prior notification, changes may include the number of arenas, DJ's, PA's or even the venue due to reasons beyond our control. No refund will be given if a change to the event occurs.

Insurance
We recommend that you take out insurance for the weekend, as we cannot be held responsible for any costs, injuries of claims resulting from incidents of any kind at the event or after you have entered the contract. Insurance will not be available to purchase at the event.
Your Accommodation
Your accommodation consists of chalets on Pontins holiday camp (please refer to terms and conditions of Pontins Prestatyn) you have self catering facilities along with bedding, towels and toilet paper. Please note that electricity is NOT included in the standard accommodation price of £139, you can upgrade to include electric at a further cost of £20per person, which will be a room Upgrade.
VIP Upgrades
You can purchase a VIP upgrade ay any stage of your booking, but please be aware that we have the right to refuse sale of any upgrade if we deem necessary.
Your VIP upgrade includes a better standard of accommodation and free electricity throughout your stay.
Minimum Age
The minimum age for attending the Ultimate After Party is 17 Years, please note that anyone aged 17 must be accompanied by an adult of 18 or over.
Room Deposits
Please note that you will be required to pay a £30 room deposit per person staying on the Pontins site. This must be paid to ourselves a minimum of 1 week prior to the event. The deposit will be held by ourselves until 28 working days following the completion of the event. You will be given a reference for the payment of this deposit and will need to quote this to us in order to receive your deposit back. If you have not called to reclaim your deposit within 1 month of the completion of the event then the money will be placed as a deposit for the Ultimate After Party 2010
You will get your deposit back only if Pontins staff have checked your room and they have confirmed that it is without damage. If damages have occurred, then it will be up to the discretion of the Pontins staff to decide on the cost of the damage. Please make sure you read all the damage charges once you enter your accommodation for the weekend, along with checking that the room has NO damages prior to your stay. It is your responsibility to make sure you report any damages immediately to reception. Failure to do so will result in you being charged for any damages of this nature.

Please note, at the time of the booking, all DJ’s and PA’s and entertainment have been confirmed to us, and should something happen to upset this and we cannot provide who has been advertised, we will do everything possible to ensure that your weekend still has as much entertainment as we can provide.
Drugs Awareness Policy
At the event we operate NO drugs policy, the police will search cars and personnel on entry to the event.
Behaviour
Please be aware that the Ultimate After Party BCM Reunion is a friendly environment and should treat people with respect. Anyone showing disrespect to another person will be asked to leave the premises. NO refund will be given to any persons who are asked to leave the event due to inappropriate behaviour.
